United Press Association—By Blectrio Telegraph Copyright.

POLICE AND UNEMPLOYED. MIDNIGHT MARCH INTERRUPTED. Received September 11, 10.20 a.m. LONDON, September 10. There have been exciting scenes in Glasgow. At a large gathering of unemployed in George-square at midnight, inflammatory speeches were made.
