AFFAIRS IN MOROCCO.
MULAI HAFID IN A DILEMMA. Received September 11, 8.10 a.m. LONDON, September 10. The "Times" status that Mulai Hand is in a dilemma regarding Germany's request to release Ermiki. and has not yet replied to the request. A cablegram published yesterday morning stated tbat the possibility of a serious international trouble arising out of the Moroccan situation was feared, as a result of the action oi the German Government in requesting, through its Legation officials at Tangier, that the Moorish Government shall release Kaid Ermiki. Ermiki was one of the first of the Moorish Governors in the northern districts to adopt the cause of Mulai Hand.
