TRADES UNION CONGRESS.

Received September 10, 12.30 a.m. LONDON, September 9. The Trades Union Congress, at Nottingham, censured Messrs John Burns and Madison Vivian for opposing the Right to Work Bill. .-several delegates denounced Salvationist methods. They alleged under-paying and sweating in the joinery department and rescue work, competing injuriously with private firms and weakening the position of trade unionism. A resolution was rot pressed, as negotiations with General Booth are proceeding.
