CONDITION OF MR HIGHT.

There is no apparent change in the condition of Mr Hight. Yesterday he was in good spirit?, and appeared to be little the worse for his wound, eating with customary heartiness (he is a man of powerful physique) and generally exhibiting little sign of being the victim of a shooting affray. The wound gave him no pain yesterday, and his medical attendant (Dr. W. S. Ross) did not make a further examination with the object of endeavouring to locate the bullet. Mr Hight is, of course, being kept in bed, and lies at his lodgings. It is not improbable that he will be placed under X-Ray treatment at the hands of Dr. W. H. Hosking.
