THE GUV'NOR.
At the Town Hall, on Monday evening next, Masterton theatregoers will be afforded an opportunity of witnessing one of the funniest comedies of the day, namely, "The Guv'nor." The play has been received with favour everywhere it has been produced. The Wellington season was prticularly successful, and was witnessed by His Excellency the Governor and party. Mr J. A. Clayton, who will appear as Theodore Macclesfield, the deaf boat-builder, is said to be exceedingly clever in his representation of the character. The box plan will be opsn to-morrow, at Miss Rive's.
