A BOATING FATALITY.
TWO CONSTABLES DROWNED. Received September 7, 9.58 a.m. MELBOURNE, Sept. 7. Constables Cummins and Daley were rowing on Broken River. When approaching a weir the current capsized the boat, and both men were drowned. A third man had a narrow escape.
