THE LAND ACT.
We have it, on the authority of the Minister tor Lands (says the "Farmers' Union Advocate"), that there is to be no amendment of the Land Act this session. It remains, therefore, for the farmers of the Dominion to decide whether there shall be an amendment next session. . . The Minister is perhaps right in waiting for a mandate from the Country. Will this rr.a-idate be given?
