THE ARBITRATION BILL.

In the courne of a few days it is expected that the Arbitration Bill will emerge from the Labour Bills Committee. The Minister for Labour (Hon. J. A. Millar) will bring in the second reading debate as early as possible after then. Mr Millar says he does not intend to allow the matter to be shelved, and will place as good a measure as possible on the Statute Book.
