RE-ARREST OF LAW BREAKERS ORDERED. Received August 31, 10.30 p.m. CONSTANTINOPLE. August 31. The Turkish Government has ordered the re-arrest of all the bands of robbers and common law offenders who were recently liberated wholesale.
Received August 31, 11.35 p.m. CONSTANTINOPLE, August 31. Three thousand Christian and Moslem Bulgarians received an ovation at Constantinople.
