There are fifteen hundred delegates to the International Baptist Congress at Berlin, which is being held with the object of uniting European Baptists in one great union. PROMOTION OF PEACE. Received August 31, 10.35 p.m. LONDON, August 31. The Hon. D. Lloyd-Geo'-ge, Chancellor of the Exchequer, has telegraphed to the Berlin Congress urging the Baptists to do tneir part in the promotion ot peace.
