A SENSATIONAL INCIDENT.
Received August 30, 4.20 p.m. LONDON, August 29. The New York correspondent of "The Times" reports a sensational incident whereof President Roosevelt's second son Kermit was the hsro. \ A pair of horsss harnessed to a carriage at Oyster Bay containing a lady and a gentleman and two children bolted. Mr Kermit Roosevelt pursued them on horseback for a mile, and brought them to a standstill by seizing the reins, almost unhorsing himself in doing so. Mr Roosevelt departed without revealing his identity to the grateful occupants of the carriage.
