THE RIGHT OF DISMISSAL.

A meeting of the Employers' Association passed the following resolution:—"That this association regrets that a case ha 3 arisen within this Dominion in which a court was -held that an employee was entitled aa of right to a valid reason for dismissal, and trusts such decision will not be accepted as a precedent fbr (.legislation or as a guiding principle <for tha Arbitration Court."
