BY TELEGRAPH —PKESS ASSOCIATION. Received August 19, 10.22 a.m. SYDNEY, August 19. At the annual meeting of the Australian Jockey Club the chairman said the policy was to gradually increase the prize money. The horse Mooltan was recently sold to go to India. It is understood the price was £2,500, and 20 per cent, of any stakes the horse may win prior to his departure.
