FEVER WARD BURNED.
HY TKTiEOBAI'H —I'R.ESB ASSOCIATION. WANGANUI. August 16. Early this morning the fever ward at the hospital was totally destroyed by fire. The ward was originally erected as a plague hospital and was thoroughly equipped.- Thefe were eight patients and a nurse, all of whom got out safely. The building is insured, but the details were not obtainable to-day.
