SLY GROG-SELLING.
BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. INVERCARGILL, August 14. At the Police Court, to-day, the adjourned hearing of the case against Frank Poff, resulted in his conviction of having assisted in the unlawful sale of whifky, for which he was sent to gaol for Miree months. Rose Poll, convicted last week of s'y grvog-sdling, was sentenced to one month's imprisonment. John Fahey, charged with conveying liquor for sale, in connection with the above cases was fined 30s.
