ANTI-OPIUM LEGISLATION.
BOYCOTT THREATENED BY CHINESE. Received August 12, 8.45 a.m. VANCOUVER, August 11. The Chinesa in British Columbia threaten to boycott Canadian goods if the anti-opium legislation passes. They claim to be allowed ten years in which to sell their stock, otherwise they declare they will lose millions of dollars.
