The Sulta-j states that the whole nation belongs to the Committee of the Union and Progress, "and," says the Sultan, "I am its President, Let us co operate for the recovery of the country's greatness." The Bulgarian Committee is dis satisfied with the re-establishment of the Turkish Constitution, and has recommended acts of violence in Macedonia.
