THE PRINCE CHAP.
Mr H. R. Roberts will stage the "Prince Chap" in the Town Hall this evening. It is only recently that Mr Roberts concluded a successful season with this play in England, which began at Sir Charles Wyndhnm's Theatre, where it ran for 150 nights. The fact that New Zealand theatre-goers are being presented with this attraction before it has appeared in Australia is mainly due to the fact that Mr Roberts is a New Zealander, and that, as a matter of sentiment, he desired to be first seen in this country in the piece in which he has made his name. Among the imported London and New York artists who will support Mr Harry Roberts are Mr Frank Lamb, a noted American comedian, and Miss Mary Keogh, who comes from New York. Mr A. E. Greenway, is an old favourite, having been leading man during a former tour with Miss Tittell tfrune. Tomorrow a change will be made to Henry Arthur Jones' famous comedy "The Case of Rebellious Susan.'" The box plan is open at Miss Rive's.
