Tin annual report of the directors of tha Be'vedere Co-operativa Dairy Co, Ltd., for the year ended July 3lsC, I'JUS, is as follows: The amount of milk received was, 3,365,7791b!', a decrease on last year's supply of 691,2U1b5. The butter-fat amounted to 126,3191b5, the milk showi v nir an average test of 3.753 per cent. The cheese made was 335,1111ba ; (K» tons 3 2 cwt.), and each pound o( butler-fat averaged 2.6521bs of cheese. The chease maintained its hiph standard of excellence throughout the season,' and tip price* ware obtained on the London market and in the Dominkn. During the season progress payments were made to the milk suppliers nt the rate of 9d per lb. of butler-tat, amounting ■in all to £4,73(1 18s 2d, and leaving as a bal,arce at. the end of the year for dis(ubi.tkm £],B7S 5s 3d, or a little over 12.568 pence per lb of butter-fat. In jiddition to this sum your directors have written off 10 per cent, for depreciation of plant and buildings, and set aside 6 per cent, as a dividend on paid-up capital. Three directors, Messrs C. Morgan, E. W. Morgan and G. Stevens, retire by rotation and are eligible for re-election. You will also be called upon to elect an auditor.
