In jiddition to this sum your directors have written off 10 per cent, for depreciation of plant and buildings, and set aside 6 per cent, as a dividend on paid-up capital. Three directors, Messrs C. Morgan, E. W. Morgan and G. Stevens, retire by rotation and are eligible for re-election. You will also be called upon to elect an auditor.
