THE COLONIAL VOTE.
DEBAT3 IN HOUSE OF COMMONS.
Received July 30, 8.30 a.m. LONDON, July 29 The House of Commons agreed to the colonial vote after a donate in which the subjects touched on ranged from the opium question in Hongkong to the affairs of South Africa. Colonel Seely, Under Secretary for the Colonies, assured the House that the Government was most anxious to co-operate with the colonics in the endeavour to find a solution in regard to the exclusion of Asiatics from British possessions.
