Judge Dewar stated that the articles reethed with sedition, that they preached violence, approved murders, and approved the employment of bombs.

The printer of the paper, Juganta-, was sentenced to three years' imprisonment at Calcutta, in addition to a previous sentence of two and a half years, for inciting to rebellion and murder.
