TWO THOUSAND PERSONS PERISH. Received July 20, 8 81 a.m. CONSTANTINOPLE, July 19. Two thousand persons perished in a flood at Tokat, Asia Minor. The victims included 300 inmates of prisons and 500 army recruits, who had assembled in the courtyard of Government House.
