DIAMOND MANUFACTURING CASE
MADAME LEMOINE OBTAINS A DIVORCE. \ PARIS, July 17. Madame Lemoine, wife of Lemoine, the French engineer who professed to be able to manufacture diamonds, and for whose arrest on a charge of obtaining money under false pretences a warrant was issued last month, has obtained a divorce from her husband.
