ONE HUNDRED ARRESTS MADE.
Received July 15, 9.30 p.m. BERLIN, July 15
A telegram received here reports that a carefully planned plot against the Czar's life was discovered at Sos novvice, from whence operations were directed, having wide ramifications. One hundred men and women have been arrested. Gendarmes and Cossacks occupy the railway station.
WHOLESALE EXPULSION OF EXTREMISTS.
Received July 16, 12.43 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, July 15. The wholesale expulsion of Extremists at Sosnowico has been proceeding sinue June. The local officials deny that the expulsions are the outcome of any alleged plot against the Czar.
