BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION. AUCKLAND, July 15. The following resolution was unanimously carried at the last monthly meeting of the Timber Workers' Union:—"That this union tenders the Hon. J. A. Millar,Minister for Labour, its sympathy in the recent troubles in connection with the Industrial, Conciliation and Arbitration Act, and has every confidence in the Act, and most decidedly condemns the system of striking in direct contravention to the legislation."
