The NewZealani Loan and Mercantile Agency Co , Ltd., report as follows on a clearing sale held on account of Mr N. Poulson, at Taratahi:—The attendance was very good, and biddintr was brisk throughout excepting for the draught horses. Tneso dragged somewhat. None sold under the hammer, but were dealt with privately afterwards. Ewes in lamb brought 10s tid. culls ss, hoggets 9s, culls 4a, rams Ign, dairy cows and heifers 25s to 755, young heifers 50s to 60s. young steers 40s, calves 153, draught coles and fillies £lO to £2O, aged geldings (good) to £3O. Implements and sundries told at satisfactory figures.
