WELLINGTON, July 9. The Trades and Labour Council, to-night, set up a committee to assist the Wellington Bakers' Union in dealing with the strike, and decided to ask financial aid from all Unions ajid Trades Councils in the Dominion. Mention of the new Arbitration Bill caused a!) uproar, the general opinion of the delegates being decidedly against it. The matter was referred to the Council's Parliamentary Committee,
