UNION BANK.
ANNUAL REPORT. Received July 9, 9.30 a.m. LONDON, July 8. The report of the Union Bank recommends a dividend of 10 per cent, and a bonus of 2 J per cent. The sum of £IO,OOO will be pla'ced to the credit of the colonial premises account, £IB,OOO will be absorbed in a bonus of 10 per cent, on salaries of the staff, £30,000 carried to reserve, and £36,0*00 carried forward.
