rw Received July 8, 9 a.m. LONDON, July 7. M. Isvolsky (Russian Foreign Minister) strongly supported Sir Ed~ward Grey's demands upon the Persian Government for reparation for the recent disrespect shown to the British Legation.
FIGHTING AT TABRIZ,
' Received July 9, 12.30 a.m. TEHERAN, July 8. The intervention of the Russian Consul stopped fighting at Tabriz :«fter many had been killed. A Cossack force surrounded the Legation because a member of Parliament and others had taken refuge ithere. The Minister at Theran recused "to accept a verbal apology.
