NAVIGATION OF THE AIR.
COUNT ZEFPELIN CONGRATUx LATED. \ BERLIN, July 3. The Kaiser congratulated Count Zeppelin on the beginning of a new national era.
Count Zeppelin's new aerial warship, with a dozen passengers on board, on Thursday last, made a flight lasting twelve hours. The airship ascended to a great height, and travelled from Lake Constance to Zurich, and Lucerne and back, attaining a speed of thirty mile 3 an hour.
