BANQUET AT HOTEL CE3IL.

Received June 30, 9.15 p.m. LONDON, June 30

He paid a tribute to Lord Nort.hcote's tact and bountiful hospitality, ably seconded by Lady Northcote. He sail that Australian politics are not always very closely followed or quite properly understood htre. Ausiralia desired to remain the norm; of the white race.
