The Dairy Commissioner (Mr D. Cuddie) returned from London by the Moeraki to-day. He has been on a mission to England to report on the state of our butter and cheese as it arrives at the Home market afttr its long voyage. Mr Cuddie iu the highest term 3 of the quality of the New Zealand butter an 1 elites.; in London. "We are," he says, "putting a magnificent article on the Home market." Mr Cuddie made a careful examination of some shipments of our produces as it left here and its condition on reaching its destina f .ion. He will furnish a full report on the subject to the Minister for Agriculture (Hon. R. Mr-Nab).
