RUSSIA TAKING ACTION.

Russia, supported by Britain, has calleJ the Porte's attention to the recent Kurdish depredations at Uramiah, and ths annexation of portions of the territory, and has urged the recall of the Turkish military force and the prevention of further violation of Persian territory. A naval squadron, under Admiral Zivinski, with a torpedo flotilla, teft Ssvastapool on Tuusday for Turkish waters.
