YB TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. NAPIER, June 23. At the Supreme Court, to-day, Thomas Perry Peddle was charged with breaking the condition of a probation order. It was intimated that accused was agreeable to go to the Auckland province, and an order was made that he should remain there during the period of the order, and report himself monthly to the Probation Uffu'er in the district where he settled. Peddle had a grievance in regard to a land transaction, and had revisited the property in question, contrary to the terms of the probation order.
