RUSSIAN POLICE METHODS.
PLOT IN A PRISON. FO2TY PRISONERS KILLED. Received June 23, 9 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, June 22. An interpellation in the Duma showed that the police at the Ekaterinoslav prison discovered a plot among political prisoners, but instead of stopping it, encouraged it until a signal was given, when they indiscriminately fired upon innocent and guilty, killing forty, and wounding forty-five.
