MILLIONAIRE DIPLOMATISTS. Received June 23, 8.5J a^m. LONDON, Juno 22. The "Daily Mail" says that President Roosevelt and the State Department has decided on a clean sweep of the United Sti.t.s Embassy at Berlin, on Mr Tower's departure. Members of thn secretarial staff are very wealthy, and it is supposed the President desires to get' rid of the millionaire diplomatists.
