A WHITE AUSTRALIA.
ADVOCATED BY QUEENSLAND PREMIER. LONDON, June 19. The Hon. W. Kidston, Premier of Queensland, who is visiting England, in the course of several interviews, dilated on the "While Australia" aspirations and Queensland's progress. Mr Kidston emphasised the fact that there was room for many thou sands of emigrants in his State. If the Mother Country was unable to supply them, Queensland would welcome Germans, Danes, or Sw.-:dee. The speaker emphatically declared that Australia was quite decided to prevent an Asiatic invasion. In return for preference for her butter, Australia was willing to give preference to English engines.
