UNREST IN IRELAND.
BOYCOTTING PJFR IN EVERY COUNTY. A JUDGE'S COMMENTS. Received June 17, 8.58 a.m. LONDON, June 16. Judge Curran, addressing the Grand Jury at Longford, declared that boycotting existed in every county, without a finger beingraised to suppress it. Cattle-driving continued, added his Honour, because people laughed when only bound over to keep the peace.
