SEVENTY NATIVES DROWNED. FOUR EUROPEANS EATEN BY CANNIBALS. Received June 16, 9.56 p.m. LONDON, June 16. The steamer Ville de Bruges has been wrecked in the Congo River. Seventy natives were drowned. Of a number of Europeans, who swam ashore, four were eaten by cannibals.
