GARRY OWEN v. PAKA KGUttA. A match was played at Lunsdowno, yesterday afternoon, between the Garry Owen and I'alui Koura) (Featheraton) Clubs. The game waa an interesting' one, and was productivo of surne very good individual play. O'Leary's just went » outside the goal post. The defence of the visitors was very sound, and this accounted for several splendid rushes of the home team being fruitleas. Mr B. Ivtson waa referee. After the match the visitors were entertained at afternoon tea by the homo team. HUJA v. GLENGARRY. A match between the Huia and Glengarry teams was played at Lansdowne yesterday afternoon. The game was aj very faat and interesting one, and was keenly contested from start to finish. In the first speU there was no score. In the second half Miss Hampton scored a goal for Iluia. There waa no further score and the game resulted in a win for Huia by one goal to nil. The match, which was of an even nature, was controlled by Mr P. Richards.
