'DURING THE PAST TEN YEARS
The following list of the highestpriced sheep sold within the past ten yearn will no doubt be of the greatest possilb interest to nVkowners throughout New Zealand, viz.:— , (1) Lincoln ram, bred by Mr H. Dudding, England, sold 1S98; price 1,000 guineas. (2) Lincoln ram, bred by Mr H. Budding, England, sold 1900; price, 1,000 guineas. (3) Lincoln ram, bred by Mr H. Dudding, England, sold 1906; price, 1,450 guineas (4) Lincoln ram, bred by Mr 11. Dudding, England, sold 1907; price, 900 guinea?. (5) Merino ram, Donald Dinnie, bred by Mr Thoy. Millear, N.S.W.,'sold 1907; price, 1,200 guineas. (6) Merino ram, Royal Dream, bred by Mr J. S. Horsfall, N.S.W., sold 1907; price, 1,000 guineas. In view of the oft-repeated claims made by certain interested sheep dip manufacturers to thsir particular preparations being used on the most valuable sheep in the world, we confidently submit the above list, which includes what are absolutely the'most valuable sheep living to-day, so far as such value has been ascertained by actual sales made, and it ia surely more than a mere coincidence to find the most renowned •shaop-owners in England and Australasia regular users of Quibell's Dips on their highclass flocks, and testifying in the tnoat an«i!!fiH9?d tr.ms to. th-3 benefits deiiv.d from ih6 Uoa of there splendid preparations. Is it reasonable to suppose that such world-fam-ous flock-masters as Messrs Dudding, Horsfall, and Millear would use Quibell's Dip if money could buy a better preparation? Let every unprejudiced sheep-owner answer this question for hims?lf.
