BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. Received June 1, 8.10 a.m. LONDON, May 31. At the rabbit skin sales, 1,937 bundles were offered, and 1,726 sold, New Zealand winters advanced three halfpence. The following are the Frozen Meat Trades' Association's Smithfield market quotations for the undermentioned classes of frozen meats, based on actual sales of not less than one hundred carcases of mutton or lamb, or twei ty-five carcases of beef of fair average quality. These quotations ai'e not for selected lines, but for parcels fairly representative of the bulk of the shipments now on the market:—New Zealand sheep—Crossbred wethers and maiden ewes: Canterbury light, 48 to 561bs, 4£d; heavy, 64 to 721bs, 3Jd; other sorts and lambs unchanged. New Zealand beef 18 to 2201b5, of fair average quality—Ox fores 3d, ox hinds 3gd. River Plate sheep Unchanged. River Plate beef—Fores 2£d, binds 3£d.
