The Morxis Tube Association opened the season last night, with.a sweepstake, trophies t© be purchased with the proceeds. W. Bannister, H. Perry and F. Hood tied, and in the shoot-off Bannaster won with 34 off the rifle, F. Hood being second with 33. The following are the scores:~
The next shoot will be held on Thursday, the 4th inst., when the first match to count for the Cement Pipe Company's trophy will be fired. The Brighting Cup Competition will commence on Monday, the 15th inst.
