STUMBLED INTO A CREEK.
INVERCARGILL, June ]. At the inquest on the body of William Gundlay, found in the Puni Creek on Sunday night, the evidence showed that deceased was shortsighted and stumbled into the creek on his way home. A verdict was returned accordingly.
