THE AMERICAN FLEET'S VISIT.
AUCKLAND, June 1. At a meeting of the Auckland Temperance Party, to-night, a resolution was carried, that the Mayor be requested to use hia influence to have all the hotel bars closed during the visit of the American Fleet to Auckland.
