BREAKING AND ENTERING.

A RATHER CLUMSY CASE., INVERCARGILL, June 1. What is described as a rather clumsy case of breaking and entering occurred at the railway goods shed between Friday night and Saturday morning. On Friday about £IOO was known to be in the drawer in the office in anticipation of pay-day. The money, however, was put in the safe for the night, and when the drawer was broken open the burglar fcund only a few stamps, which he seemingly siorned to take.
