A TREATY VIOLATED.
FIGHTING AT SAMOS. ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY KILLED OR WOUNDED. ATHENS, May 29. The Porte has violated the international t-eaty by sending troops to 'Samos owinj to a disturbance following the Governor's refusal to -summon the Assembly. Fighting continues. One hundred and fifty men were rolled or wounded. The Governor's residence is blockaded, and the troops are besieged in barracks. The Porte insists upon the Greek Consul's recall.
