MINISTERS' MEET.
COMPLETE AGREEMENT ON ALL QUESTIONS. LONDON, May 28. M. Pichcn, French Minister for. Foreign Affairs, had a long interview with Sir Edward Grey, British Secretary for Foreign Affairs. A complete agreement was established on all questions. REMARKS BY "THE TIMES." Received May 29, 9 a.m. LONDON, May 28. Referring to the speculations in French newspapers, "The Times" remarks:—"The King and Queen's visit to Russia helped to foster the illusion that M. Fallieres's visit to London would likely he followed by some great development in international affairs." "Trie Times" thinks such speculations are wholly out of place, although Great Britain will adhere to the spirit and letter of the entente unflinchingly. The "Times" fails to see any grounds of sound policy for endeavouring at present to give it a wider scope or more formal character. Such efForts woUd defeat theiif own object, and cause misconstructions.
