KING EDWARD'S VISIT TO RUSSIA.

"* REFLECTIONS ON A FOREIGN NATION. A SEVERE REBUKE. Received May 28, 8.10 a.m. LONDON, May 27. Mr J. O'Grady (Labour member for East Leeds) speaking in the House of Commons, suggested the suspension of the King's proposed visit to Russia, owing to the imprisonment of many members of the First and Second Dumas and the continuance of official murders. The Right Hon. H. H. Asquith, Prime Minister, severely rebuked such reflections on a foreign nation.

The Speaker stopped Mr O'Grady from further intervention. The Labour Party has resolved to write to Sir Edwnrd Grey, Secretary of. State for Foreign Affairs, urging the abandonment of the King's visit.
