A BOMB AND A PANIC.
RUSSIAN PRISONERS ESCAPE. Received May 28, 8.30 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, May 27. A bomb was delivered in a jug of milk for a prisoner in Tiflis gaol. It.was afterwards thrown into the guard-room, causing a panic. Simultaneously two sentinels were shot dead, and eighteen prisoners escaped. ■■
